Appointments may be made via telephone, our website contact form, WhatsApp, or in person at the clinic. Submission of an enquiry or contact form does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive explicit confirmation from our team.

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a verbal, SMS, WhatsApp, or email confirmation from our clinic staff. Please arrive at the scheduled time. Walk-in patients are accommodated subject to availability.

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a requirement for advance booking confirmation.

3.4 Consultation Fee

A consultation fee is applicable for all first consultations and follow-up visits. Treatment fees are discussed at the time of consultation by Dr. Kavya Chennamsetty and are subject to your specific clinical requirements. All fees must be settled at the time of visit unless a prior payment arrangement has been agreed.

3.5 Refund Policy

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. For treatment packages paid in advance, any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the patient’s clinical situation and at the Clinic’s discretion. Please raise any payment disputes within 7 days of the transaction.

4.1 Clinical Decisions

All clinical decisions, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and medical procedures are made solely by Dr. Kavya Chennamsetty or authorised clinical staff. The information on our website is for general awareness only and does not constitute a medical consultation or treatment recommendation.

Patients are responsible for:
